Credit Application Form

A Credit Application Form is used by businesses to initiate new account set-up. It requires the party applying for credit to provide trade references and banking information sufficient to satisfy the needs of the party extending the line of credit. Other pertinent company information, such as physical address and date of incorporation are also generally requested as part of the credit application process.
